Saturday, June 14 and Sunday June 15, the BIG BOYS TOYS SHOW will provide Hawaii residents with an exciting and unique expo experience. Many things to see and do at this show including a Tattoo Expo.
This special event will bring together a full range of men’s products and services including hobbies, collectibles, health, gadgets, and more! Where else can you find all these things except in this show!
THIS EVENT IS FOCUS ON MEN AND THE THINGS THEY WANT!

Move-in
Friday, 04/12/2025, 5pm to 8pm
Saturday, 04/13/2025, 8am to 10am
*NO DRIVE-INS PERMITTED
Expo Days
Saturday, 04/13/2025 10am to 7pm
Sunday, 04/14/2025 10am to 5pm *vendors may enter at 8am on show days
Move-out
Sunday, 04/16/2023 5pm to 10pm
*All vendors must be out by 10 pm;
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Booth Notes
Booth includes 10’x10’ space w/ 3’ side rail, 8’ back drape. 1 - 8’ Skirted Table and 2 - Chairs
*Booth does not include: Carpet and electricity.
Serving Food or Beverage Vendors
To participate in our expo, you need to secure:

Special Events Permit with the Department of Health
Submit with your application.
*Security: Overnight security on Saturday night only.
*Parking: Vendors responsible for fees for self and staff.
*Decorators: ICS is the show decorator. Please contact at 808-832-2430 for your show needs, including FORKLIFT SERVICES. Vendor will be invoiced for these services ICS. A Exhibitor Instruction Packet will be emailed to you for further instructions 2 weeks prior to the show.
Vendor Bands: 5 bands will be issued per day per booth. Bands must be worn before entry granted on show days. Bands will be distributed on during move-in hours.
