OFFICIAL RULES FOR PRIZE VAULT CONTEST
TO WIN A USED CHEVROLET AVEO FROM ABC AUTO

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. Must be present to win.
Who Can Enter: Open to all individuals, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Only one entry per household. Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, exhibitors, vendors or assignees of Pacific Expos or any promotional agency involved with ABC AUTO; the Food and New Products show shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any prize covered within.
What You Can Win: There is only one (1) Prize Winner of a Chevrolet Aveo valued at $10,000.00
Winning Combination: OOP will provide a set of pre selected winning number(s) in a sealed security envelope. IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM, CLIENT MUST RETURN TO OOP THE SECURITY ENVELOPE UNOPENED.
Timing: The contest begins on October 10, 2008 at 5:00 pm and ends October 12, 2008 at 5:00 pm HST, only during the hours of the Food and New Products show. The PRIZE VAULT game will be conducted under the supervision of the management of ABC AUTO as designated client, whose decisions shall be final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Verification of the prizewinner must be made by Odds on Promotion before the win is paid.
How to Play: In order to qualify for prize reimbursement, an eligible contestant must guess a pre-selected winning number EXACTLY IN SEQUENCE.
NOTE: The memory logs of the PRIZE VAULT are the sole determiners of whether or not a contestant is a prizewinner. Neither the visual/graphic display nor the audio output of the game software and/or machine will be considered in determining a winner.
Number Range:000000-999999 - One prize only, Chevrolet Aveo, value of 10,000
IMPORTANT: In the event of a play resulting in SIX (6) winning symbols eligible for prize reimbursement, a promotion official must: (a) secure the machine temporarily preventing additional play, and (b) take a minimum of three (3) photographs showing all six (6) winning symbols with the winning contestant standing next to the machine. Failure to execute either of these conditions will result in a claim being denied.
ODDS ON PROMOTION will not be responsible for any prize reimbursement resulting from machine malfunction. NOTE: OPENING AND/OR TAMPERING WITH THE PRIZE VAULT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Evidence of entry or any act or submission that changes the odds or functionality of the machine will cause a claim to be denied. PROOF OF CLAIM: The following items and completed documentation will be furnished to OOP as proof of a prize claim (forms furnished by OOP): (a) Affidavits of two Promotion Officials; (b) Affidavit of Winner; (c) Unopened Security Envelope; and (d) Untampered with PRIZE VAULT.
INVESTIGATION: Upon receipt of the PRIZE VAULT and Proof of Claim, OOP may conduct a reasonable investigation including but not limited to requiring the client to produce the Winner and/or Promotion Officials for polygraph examination as a condition to payment of the claim if, in the sole opinion of OOP such an examination is warranted by the facts.
